You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, as confirmed by your tracking number.

✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in their original packaging

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required

To initiate a return, email us at orders@laserfocusedpromotions.com. Once your request is approved, we’ll work with you to find the best solution.
Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was incorrect or arrived damaged.

🛠 Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

🔄 Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for items that are:

• Damaged

• Incorrect

• Wrong size

• Defective

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original and place a new order once your return is accepted.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
